About us

eConveyancing.com.au is a referral service designed to put you in contact with a fully qualified practicing property law solicitor. Our website has been constructed to allow you to provide all relevant information necessary to brief your chosen solicitor, thereby making the conveyancing process as simple and quick as possible. As conveyancing is a very standardised process, in the vast majority of cases you never need to visit your solicitor. They can handle everything on your behalf.

All the solicitors in our system have been selected on the basis of their experience and their efficiency in delivering conveyancing services. All practicing solicitors are required by law to maintain up to date professional indemnity insurance for your protection, and are members of the relevant state Law Society or Institute.

eConveyancing selects property law solicitors, rather than 'conveyancers', to ensure that you get appropriate advice on which you can rely. Not all conveyancing transactions are straightforward, and not all transactions run perfectly smoothly. Having an experienced property law solicitor handling your affairs should give you peace of mind.
