Disbursements in the ACT

In addition to the legal fee for acting on your behalf, your chosen solicitor will incur expenses on your behalf during the conveyancing process. These expenses are NOT additional legal fees and will be incurred irrespective of who you choose to handle your conveyancing. They are typically expenses paid to Government Departments and Authorities and are required by law.
