In addition to the legal fee for acting on your behalf, your solicitor
may incur expenses on your behalf during the conveyancing process.
These expenses are NOT additional legal fees and will be incurred irrespective of who you choose to handle your conveyancing.

compulsory. Speak to your solicitor about which of these searches they
recommend given your particular circumstance, and any additional charges they
